Design and construction of signs for Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport

The project for the Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport signage was in response to the need to give greater uniformity to the airport information system, by defining consistent graphics regardless of the type of signage. Depending on the type of information (Check-in, Gates, Baggage Belt, Directional Signs, Signoboards, Lift plates…), specially designed forms and structures were chosen. The system is extremely dynamic, thanks to the use of light frames and a graphic design strongly devoted to adaptability. Through a careful study of the flows, the optimal positions for each type of signal have been defined, so that they can be easily identified, even from great distances, from all the most “strategic” points of view.
