The Centro Studi Territoriale della Sardegna dell’Accademia Italiana della Cucina (The Italian Academy of Cuisine Study Center of Sardinia) chose Dodify for the graphic design of "Fresh pasta in the traditional cuisine of Sardinia", an editorial project created with the aim of exploring in depth the millenary history of fresh pasta in the 'Isola, from the origins of the island’s civilization to today, while offering a series of typical recipes catalogued according to the sub-region of origin. A project for which we literally had to roll up our sleeves by preparing, photographing in the studio and then enjoying some of the exquisite delicacies offered by the cookbook.
