As part of the graphic design of the new menu of Albenga di Pingusto, a restaurant that offers a very special and exclusive mix of Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine, we wanted to try to break out of the classic menu format. Having ascertained that, as they say, eyes are larger than the stomach and that the dishes offered by the restaurant can be considered as real small culinary sculptures, very pleasing to the eye and extremely inviting, we chose to give great relevance to the photographic content through the creation, in collaboration with a local photographer, of an ad hoc photographic set that would show the courses as they are presented to the customer who visits the place. The layout incorporates the texture of slate, which characterizes much of the restaurant's mise en place.
